Born and raised in Bed-Stuy, Chef Ceasar began his foray into the restaurant world when a childhood friend gave him his first job as a dishwasher. He didn't know it then, but it was there that his passion for food and all things hospitality began. As a self-taught Chef he has been working in restaurants at all levels, honing his skills as a Chef.
Chef Ceasar cites his grandfather as one of his biggest influences, noting his remarkable work ethic, and undeniable drive that keeps him laser focused on his craft. Through Savory Bites NYC and its sister company Southern Finesse he’s able to share his passion for food and all things hospitality. Chef Ceasar has also been featured on Food Networks “Beat Bobby Flay” Season 30 / Episode 11

With over 10 years of experience in crafting cocktails at Elberta Restaurant, 333 Lounge, Brooklyn Wine Yard and at the mecca of Marketing and Distributions, Diajio and additionally, partnering with some of NYC best event planners, WSJ Bartending has cultivated the skills and knowledge that embraced the understanding that a well-crafted cocktail should awaken your senses to new delights.
